Q1. When do I have to send my music planner back by?
A1. The music planner is due back at least 15 days before your event.

Q2. Can I make up a playlist or request list?
A2. Yes, Playlists and request lists are always welcome.
Any lists also need to be submitted to us at least 15 days before your event.

Q3. Can I bring in any of my own music?
A3. Yes. We prefer any music you bring in to be on a good quality USB flashstick
in a MP3 format with a CBR of at least 256.
Please note that I-Tunes files are M4A files and are not playable on our systems.

Q4. I found a song on Youtube. Can you play it at our event?
Yes and no. If the song is commercially available, we will acquire it before your event.
If the song is not commercially available, we cannot legally play it from Youtube or any other steaming service.
